REFUND POLICY
The Short Version
If you enroll in The Arc and The Return Course, pay $497, and decide within 5 days of receiving access that it is not right for you, contact us, and we will refund 100% of what you paid. No questions asked. No explanation required. Your only responsibility is to contact us within that window.
After 5 Days, The Course Is Yours.
5 days is enough time to know. It is enough time to move through the early lessons, get a clear sense of what this course is and what it asks of you, and make an honest decision about whether to continue.
Why 5 Days?
It is not enough time to complete the entire course and then ask for your money back. That is called theft. I cannot prevent it entirely, but I am not going to design a policy that makes it easy.
What I can do is eliminate your uncertainty. And 5 days does that.
If you need more than 5 days to decide whether this course is right for you, that is not a refund problem. That is a different problem. Extending the window would not solve it.
Why $497?
This course cost a great deal to arrive at. Not in production costs. In a lifetime of following the signal, paying the price of that, and finding a way to transmit what was found to people who are ready for it.
I set the price lower than I was originally comfortable with because I wanted more people to have access to it. That decision stands. $497 is as low as this goes.
Massachusetts Sales Tax
If you reside in Massachusetts, a 6.25% sales tax will be collected at the time of purchase. In the event of a refund, the course cost will be refunded in full. The sales tax portion will not be returned by us. You would need to contact the Massachusetts Department of Revenue directly to request that portion.
If you live outside Massachusetts, no sales tax will be collected. Our software handles this automatically. You will see the final amount before you submit payment. If sales tax appears incorrectly on your order and you do not reside in Massachusetts, contact us before completing your purchase.
