These six lessons are designed to be taken in order. Each one builds on what came before, so start with lesson one.

The first four lessons carry the framework. The final two help you find your honest relationship to what the framework opens.

The signal might look different for every person, but the framework is the point, not the specific life it emerged from.

Each lesson runs about ten minutes or less. There is no required pace. Move through them as feels right. But notice what happens when you give a lesson time to settle before moving to the next. The framework has a way of finding the places in your experience where it actually fits, and that finding takes a little time.
