These six lessons are designed to be taken in order. Each one builds on what came before. The first four carry the framework. The final two help you find your honest relationship to what the framework opens.
Each lesson runs about ten minutes or less. There is no required pace. Move through them as feels right. But notice what happens when you give a lesson time to settle before moving to the next. The framework has a way of finding the places in your experience where it actually fits, and that finding takes a little time.
By the time you reach the sixth lesson you will have a map large enough to hold what you have been carrying. And you will know with clarity whether the Full Course is your next step.
