Before you begin, take a few minutes and watch the orientation video above. It will tell you exactly what you are about to enter and introduce the two voices that will guide you through it.

This six lesson course is designed to be taken in order. Each lesson builds on what came before. The first four carry the framework. The final two help you find your honest relationship to what the framework opens.

Each lesson runs about ten minutes or less. There is no required pace. Move through them as feels right. But notice what happens when you give a lesson time to settle before moving to the next. The framework has a way of finding the places in your experience where it actually fits, and that finding takes a little time.
